When you enroll, we collect your name, ranch or operation name, email address, and mobile phone number. VitalTag ear tags also collect animal data, including body temperature, activity, and GPS location of enrolled animals.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the VitalTag service, send livestock health alerts by text message, provide customer support, and maintain records of your consent to receive text messages.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you opt in, we will send automated text messages about the health status of your enrolled animals, such as fever alerts, follow-up status checks, and return-to-baseline notices. Message frequency varies based on animal health events. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
